Our product range includes finely cut and crafted natural diamonds of different shapes - Round, Marquise, Pear, Princess, Emerald, Heart and Oval from 0.18 cts to 3 cts stone and above. We have a unique grading system developed through the decades of experience of our principals synchronized with global standards. The majority of our products are available in different grades of color and clarity that go through a stringent quality control module where every stone is scrutinized by our experienced craftsmen and only then is allowed to be a part of our collection. We can't say that our collection includes as many diamonds as there are stars in the sky, but we claim that the sparkle of our diamonds will last forever.

MKE Diamonds utilizes methods to track visitors to our site. Statistics that we track include what web site directed you to us, what browser type you use, and what time and date you visited us. These statistics are used to help us better serve our customers in the future. Our staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you have about our products and services no matter how many questions you have. We want to make sure you fully understand what you are getting. Questions received between 10am to 5:30pm EST or 10:30pm to 3:00am EST will be answered as soon as possible within our work hours. Questions asked during weekends and holidays will be answered when we return to the office or have internet access. As our loyal customer we want you to be satisfied with your purchase experience with us. So we provide return policy. If, for any good reason, you decide not to keep the diamond, we will accept it back in its original condition. You must inform us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the diamond and return it within 15 business days for a refund from the date of receipt. If you fail to follow the above norm then you will not be entitled for refund.
